No, you need to look lean and muscular in clothes too

Having good shoulder/waist ratio or shoulder/hip ratios is a good halo tbh

Not lean enough, also needs bigger delts. 10lb of muscle and a bit leaner = mogger

yes, u have a really good foundation. ofc, adding mass to do ur delts will make u look wider and more imposing.

Do you think I should keep doing push/pull/legs/rest

or should I build a routine focused more on shoulders?
 
I would just hit the gym and do standard weight training for shoulders. you can look up the various exercises be it with free weights or machines when it comes to training delts. Weights build mass. Body weight exercises not so much. Train your whole body and also focus on the parts you're trying to build up by isolating them
