i eat 2x oranges(vitamin c for skin) i also eat 1 banana (i have half as much sodium as potassium, not to little or to much sodium) then i have a milkshake (i make it myself with 1 cup of milk one banana, this would be my second banana of the day and i also add blueberries) then i have one coconut water (brand name: el mexicano coconut water) and then i eat a small meal(usually whatever my mom cooks)
