7 days in a week, I plan on fasting for 4 days (16hr) - but I’d obviously be drinking water as much as I’d need it. And the remaining days im going to be in a caloric deficit anywhere between 1,500 - 2,000+ im able to maintain this somehow, ive tried for a few days and i have no issues doing so. As for the food ill have on these caloric deficit days, i plan on drinking raw eggs - maybe 2-4 a day, 1-2 bananas (occasionally cuz we don’t always have it) - raw meat (fish, chicken and beef usually, sometimes mutton too). Activity wise, I already do HIIT 3 times a week and I walk 20k steps everyday along with climbing 10 floors. I don’t really plan on changing this much at all, but I’ve got uni coming up and im stressed about time.
