Is this a good strategy to cut fat and weight?

7 days in a week, I plan on fasting for 4 days (16hr) - but I’d obviously be drinking water as much as I’d need it. And the remaining days im going to be in a caloric deficit anywhere between 1,500 - 2,000+ im able to maintain this somehow, ive tried for a few days and i have no issues doing so. As for the food ill have on these caloric deficit days, i plan on drinking raw eggs - maybe 2-4 a day, 1-2 bananas (occasionally cuz we don’t always have it) - raw meat (fish, chicken and beef usually, sometimes mutton too). Activity wise, I already do HIIT 3 times a week and I walk 20k steps everyday along with climbing 10 floors. I don’t really plan on changing this much at all, but I’ve got uni coming up and im stressed about time.

How old are you? and why not just eat like -300 calories per day in 3 meals at normal time instead of doing this fasting BS

I’m 20, wanna lose weight within this year. I weigh 90kg it’s like 200lbs I think and my height is 185 cm which is 6’1

Well, gym is a bit of a problem because I don’t exactly have a job due to uni. The building I live in has an inbuilt gym but most of the items have been stolen 😂

idk if it’s a surplus per say since all I had was meat, vegetables and rice and bread. Rice and bread was eaten a lot and I can’t really say no or I’d have my ass whooped. But even back then I’d do some sports, I’d still gain the weight. Idk if it has to do with special formula milk I had when I was a kid though

then just do calisthenics at home there's probs a place with in jogging difference that you can do them and just find like 20kg object like a bag of sand to do squats with, it doesn't have to be super intense you just need to signal to your body to keep the muscle by using them

the only way for you to gain soft tissue weight is to eat in a caloric surplus so you had to be eating in a caloric surplus, eat in a 10% caloric deficit from your base metabolic intake(how many calories you need to maintain your weight with out moving much) + calories burnt from doing activities throughout the day. this will take you a few months but its worth it

fasting may give you high cortisol levels wich lower testosteron instead you should try to build muscle since you burn more fat when you have muscle in that area and try to eat high carbs but if you wanna lose weight fast like really fast you can use this

but i dont recommend it try it natty first

My nigga did you read the post? I’ve lost 9KGs in a month doing my “retarded diet” I only wanted to make it a little more into the deficit to see what I could get.

you can do variations that put less load on your self with the equipment you find in a park
