Is this a good supplement stack for height growth during teenage years/puberty

  • Vitamin D3: Supports calcium absorption and bone health, which is crucial for growth.
  • Vitamin K2: Helps direct calcium to the bones rather than soft tissues, promoting proper bone formation and strength.
  • Calcium: Essential for building and maintaining strong bones, crucial during growth spurts.
  • L-Arginine: May help increase growth hormone levels, which can contribute to height growth.
I will be trying to get these through diet but obv some I cant so ima supplement.

Yea those are good also take magnesium as most humans are deficient in it and glucosamine and chondroitin are the holy grail I read a study where they gave it to rats and it made them grow way taller in puberty

What’s your diet ?
i do intermittent fasting so i dont eat until 1:30/2 pm after my morning gym session (extremely intense). I get plenty of sun 30 mins on overall body daily and 10 minutes on balls. For breakfast i usually have 4 eggs with chicken or liver and half a liter of milk along with 2 oranges and some extra fruit or dates. Btw can i js get magnesium through bananas.
 
So over for 5'7 inches rats.

nigga at 15 taking vitamin supplements wont do shit unless you are severely deficient in it

only way drinking milk isnt cope is if youve been drinking a lot of it since birth that shit would add like 5 inches to oyour height

wtf are u talking abt most milk nowdays is packed with hormones and estrogen nigga i drink raw milk. obv supplements alone wont do anything but if u add em with a good diet/lifestyle it can be great. Besides am js tryna max my chances of reaching 6ft

not really bro good diet/lifestyle only matters if you were doing it during your main growth years or before puberty even started.

but if your just tryna max out your chances then yes thats a pretty good supplement stack but genes are everything buddy boyo. besides for me :feelswah: 6'1 dad 5'9predicted adult height

am 15, is that not during growth years? besides growing 3 inches to reach 6 ft is definitely possible with what am doing rn

i meant during like your main growth years unless your a late bloomer your probally just finishing up your growth but still keep living a healthy diet and take those supplements to max your chances

I feel like it’s better not to fast everyday while in puberty maybe doing a 24hr fast once a week would be better, but yea good diet go for a lean bulk untill you finish puberty, don’t lift weights, only cardio for exercise

i do weights 4x a week for soccer cus i heard it actually helps with growth despite the myth of it stunting growth
