found this routine off of tiktok, I tweaked it to suit me more. lmk if any adjustments should be made.

if you're in puberty only go to the gym 2-3 times a week. also don't train traps it makes your frame look worse. Also consider going on an optimal diet if you're gymmaxxing

one last thing I forgot to add, i’ll be doing abs on leg day and lower body day I just forgot to include that earlier.

so should I just remove upper and lower body and just keep ppl? also whats you’re advice on diet, what are the best things to eat while gymmaxxing?

Eat a lot of red meat, preferably high quality, and maybe raw if you want, if you have access get organs as well. Raw milk/raw kefir are both very good as they get your nutrients in, and milk will give you some carbs if you're not trying to lose weight. and they aren't dangerous at all from a local pasture farm. Also eggs (preferably raw) are good as well.
get a better soap that isn't estrogenizing,

just don't do lower body often, only train upper body pushing and pulling
