weekends: meat and eggs & blackberries every meal
weekdays: no breakfast, no lunch, only dinner (meat, eggs, blackberries). blackberries as a snack.

this was so hard for my body to normalize. im used to skipping 2 meals 5/7 days per week now.

i dont eat vegetables. just high cholesterol food and berries to help inhibit aromatase.

i never get bloated, but i feel like im becoming more retarded when it comes to school now. my brain just thinks about eating eggs all day.

been doing this for 2 months now

no stop eating fruits completely if possible they're not as good as you think they are try eating vegies instead even if you dont like them and eat pomegranate if possible

are blackberries & blueberries fine? i used to eat lots of pomegranates before this diet.

depends i would recommend you eat fruits and vegies that grow in your area and try to get them as fresh as possible don't buy the ones in plastic boxes

If you can’t focus on school because you’re thinking about eating all day, then your diet is too restrictive. There’s no reason to be eating that little unless you’re overweight and trying to cut.

im trying to blast natural hgh to get igf-1 & test to form my supraorbitals and entire bone structure during puberty

yeah i was overweight from trying to "bulk" last year from retarded redpill advice. went from 225 to 185 within 6 months. this diet just accelerated the weight loss.

Not really. Firstly, having shit cognitive function is obviously bad, eating more carbs will fix that and there are plenty of good/healthy sources to choose from. Its very possible youre lacking: magnesium, calcium, fiber, vitamin C, zinc, maybe more. Try adding in some vegetables, fish, dairy (a glass of milk is fine), other fruit like oranges or kiwi or something, a carb like rice or potatoes, and maybe nuts aswell if you want to cover all grounds. Moreover, while there are some benefits to not eating breakfast or lunch its mostly negative, atleast try to get some calories in because it can lead to muscle loss or slower metabolism.

Pretty good diet. It’s honestly good as it is but if I had to make any suggestions I’d say:
- Dairy, optional I guess but very good for gut health and test. Invest in a good yogurt no cheap chobani bs
- More fruits, kiwis and dates are awesome for gut health, nutrients, and test
- A little bit of complex carbs. You mentioned you feel a little retarded so you might need the energy. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, oats. ONLY A LITTLE, don’t ruin your test
- Some veggies are ok. Veggies are still a great source of nutrients, just don’t eat raw. Antinutrients can be cooked out as long as you give them a good boil. Still avoid veggies with phytoestrogens and such, but things like lectins and tannins etc. are mostly gone after a good 10-15 minutes boil. Eat spinach especially, spinach is great
