is this a lefort 2, implants, or some sort of rhinoplasty using grafts

How did her entire nose and radix become so projected off of the midface?

Bimax(that gives the foward projection) + rhino+ lipofilling on zygos and lips + some lifts on neck

what kind of rhino can provide that much nasion extension, obviously something with grafts but ive never seen such a dramatic result before

Holy fuck that's an amazing result. Who did it?

To me it looks like a bimax + genio, lip surgery, rhinoplasty and lipofilling+liposuction. Looks like something Raffaini would do IMO.

Nose probably got augmented with rib cartilage, mirin' radix height and projection. Amazing surgeon

It is common for asians but european and american surgeons barely augment noses because it is rare for white people to need large augmentation and not reduction. The striking thing here is that a white person got a large augmentation rhinoplasty.
Lifefuel for me and my stupid low clown nose ngl

Says she only got Lefort 1 and mandibular setback.
Nose probably ended up like that due to the Lefort 1 (she had a great nose before and the Lefort advancement made it more upturned, concave and projected. The concave, more upturned nose would be bad for a man but is ok for a woman).
Basically, she had a shit ton of luck.

theres something seriously off in her side profile. im not sure. it just looks bizarre. like her smile is too aggresive. it looks rat/witch like.

Do you know of any surgeons in europe who might be able to achieve similair results with a rhinoplasty

If you watch the video where this case is from

around 0:25 it shows a superimposed before-after, and you will see her nasion and radix did not move at all. I think its just an illusion coming from more forward growth in the jaws in the after and her posture might be slightly different
In any case, bimax in most cases changes the shape of the nose, but more so the tip and the bridge, lefort often causes some upturning and if you have a dorsal hump, can smooth it out a little. Nose base also widens somewhat but you can prevent this with alar cinch if it would be unaesthetic

chin is overadvanced

It looks like she is still in braces in that pic too

her cheekbones are also vertically tall as fuck. her ogee curve is so low and rounded, which doesnt seem to work very well on her face tbh

Her nasofrontal angle cleary changed and the eyes are noticably more "behind the nose" in the after

It is more likely the nasofrontal angle changed not because the nasion was moved but because of nose bridge and tip changes.

In any case, on a second glance, I think the posture is too different to draw any conclusions, she is turning her head up which makes the eyes appear more deep set, the nasion more advanced, etc, even if the video made sure her nasion superimposed on the before and after photos.

Or in any case, from what I could find about her, its inconclusive whether in the changes around here due to illusions furnished by the forward growth of the jaws, actual procedures done in addition to the trimax, or the presentation in the photos. Nonetheless I don't see definitive evidence of a rhinoplasty, necklift, lip work, etc. Trimax can literaly alter all these things, sometimes very dramatically--changing nose bridge and tip, pulling submental fat forward and improving cervicomental angle, rolling out the lips and creates a better lip seal. What we see here is not outside of reason even if it is an especially good result minus a somewhat overadvanced chin that does not harmonize ideally with the jaw contour (almost a chin wing esque appearance)

I guess the surgeon could be contacted to ask fi she had anything else done.

Also says towards the bottom of the surgeons page that op linked above that she just had bsso and lefort

Diagnosis: Class III Malocclusion, maxillary anterior-posterior hypoplasia, mandibular hyperplasia
Comments: Note lip incompetence (lips don’t touch in a relaxed position)
Surgical Plan: Maxillary advancement (3 piece LeFort I), mandibular setback (BSSO)

im convinced that‘s regular bimax, and she changed her posture in the after (head is a bit tiled up)

looks like she had luck that her nose changed so much

Literally textbook bimax, what are you talking about?

  • Ugh..

Strong LF1 movement, probably a bsso a well she looks like a class 3.

All that just to still have shit posture
