Slightly. I don't think it's worth surgical intervention though. You look good
Who is that in your profile picture? What motivated you to choose that? ha ha
I dont even know tbh my sister just sent me it haha

orthodontic appliances would help a lot tbh

But apparently its mainly for kids so what should i say when they call me back?
just say you're interested in the function of the appliance and if they'd do it for adults, or have something similar like a dna appliance they're willing to do. and if they ask to do about a appliance you don't know about ask what it does. don't ever let them force you into getting something you're not willing to get. be deadset on getting the appliance you want. but some clinics won't offer it at all so.

Ill update you on what’s happening

no, it’s a long philtrum with a too hollow dimple, research fillers for both the lips and the dimble and/or lip lift surgery

no worries! i enjoy doing this lol. but lastly i just wanna say, your maxilla at most will go from a flat maxilla to a moderately projected one, and it might not even totally fix your eye support. just be considerate of your expectations with this.

Thats fine haha ill take moderately projected over flat maxilla any day

Not so sure about the maxilla part but the under eye support is pretty bad
Yea i have like no support under there its weird

your lips and PHILTRUM are your biggest failos, don’t worry about your maxilla lmao
i think fixing his maxilla, then philtrum would be ideal treatment wise.

Now that yous mentioned it i see it now looks weird lmao
yes, by fixing that you’re good to go, but If you want to fix undereyes, middle third hollowness you need to first address it with implants but it’s costly and a minor looksmaxx

That’s why I suggested you to fill philtrum hollowness with fillers and your upper lip, if not sufficient and/or uncanny just do a lip lift surgery

No softmaxxing will help, you need to see a maxfac or a plastic surgeon but be extremely careful with the least cause they are scammy af

Hyalyronic acid absolutely not.
Volufiline may help, yes

your philtrum might also be because of your labial frenulum being too short/thick so your philtrum gets elongated over time. could be removed or stretched over time to fix it though.

Ok ill look for some volufiline tonight. You think i should put some under my eyes also?
You can try but expect very minor results, best solution for undereyes is fat grafting surgery

No having that hollowness is good, he’s probably talking about the maxilla, basically next to your nose, it’s flat, the under eye area and maxilla are bad.

not really, fat grafting is for people who have very tight schedules or have sleeping issues with dark circles or no fat pads under eyes due to genetics, he has no infraorbital whatsoever, fat grafting wouldn’t be ideal
