How can you prevent acne outbreaks?
tretinoin works good for me. I like for sunscreen: Eucerin oild control spf 50. because these sunscreen are often oily as fuck. which may add to acne outbreaks

no i stopped retin a and skincare at all gonna use it again at 21 now just trying to avoid sun as much as posible

I can't think of a good reason tbh, other than health or being 100% broke a hell.

When I run out of tretinoin or other skincare products. Hopping on the bike to get new stuff is the first thing I do.

Its better than nothing, I always wear a hat when I go out and my face never gets tanned even though im super pale. I dont know if that means my skin isnt getting many uv rays but I assume it does. I wouldn't worry about it too much the sun in the netherlands isnt very bad

But long term consistancy moggs, for anti aging. I Would at minimum add daily when young: wash/exfoliate daily, and moisterizer, and sunblock when sunny. that should not take that long, nor expensive. Can just use the cheap brands.

if you break out acne. i would hopp on tratinoin again.
Acne = subhuman as fuck. Asif wone has an contaguous decease.

just put cream on your face to prevent chemicals whilst containing chemicals itself JFL. Inject MT 2 for natural protection. Get tanned (ideal btw) and don't damage collagen.
