My teeth barely show when I smile, makes me look like the grinch lmfaoo. I've hated my smile since I was a kid. I'm already planning on getting MSE & other procedures, including lefort I & BSSO in the future.

I'm starting invisalign to correct my deep bite by intruding my lower incisors, but that'll only fix one issue.

Just so I have an idea of what the root issue could be, do you guys think it's caused by a short maxilla? Takes a lot of effort to even show this amount of teeth, while I see others who barely open their mouth yet you can already see many of their teeth. If it's because of VMD, at least I'll know that it can be fixed with a lefort I.

The goal here is to be able to display as many teeth as I can & have a more open smile

looks like it. also do you have a division 2 malocclusion? intruded upper teeth make it worse.

Thanks. Also no, I did a cephalometric analysis once & my ANB was normal. I have a class I bite so my issue is just vertical, which is why I'm intruding my lower incisors with invisalign to try to correct my deep bite
