I mean the edited pic at the end of the day is edited so it will always look fairly unrealistic and you are in peak lightning so you shouldnt expect to look like that, But the main differences between the two pics are eyebrow density (Minox) Skin quality (Tret, Best option for you especially since you have an entire year on you) and vaseline (Dry lips).
Also try and fix your dandruff (Your shirt is covered in it)

There are some hair salons that do it, They will help you find a good color. After that you can do it yourself using their products if you want to save money.

Just eat healthy and grow ig im assuming you arent a full blown adult. Go to the gym and improve your dimorphism. You have acne scarring but im not very knowledgeable on that and tretinoin CAN fix it. You would need to console with a dermatologist then.
