Is it achievable with bodyweight exercises ? How long would it take considering i have good muscle insertions and building genetics?

no, he lifts weights as well.

seen him train with a barbell before.

chest, back and legs tend to lag from bodyweight alone.

What's wrong in going to the gym and lifting weight ? Stop coping with bodyweight exercises

I'm training mt rn and i don't have the time or money for both

chest, back and legs tend to lag from bodyweight alone.
One can get a good back from pull ups and chest from dips. i think arms and shoulders are those muscles that suck from bodyweight only exercises
