i basically created a perfect version of myself ( changes on chin jaw nose and forehead, all related to masculinization)
is it possible with surgery? if yes, what surgeries?

Forehead implants are absolutely possible and way safer than osteotomies and jaw surgeries like genio or bimax. But it seems completely unnecessary in his case.

OP, those are very conservative estimates except for the nose which is probably the max you get reduced. But you could easily get way more projection in chin/cheek/forehead/jaw area if you wanted to

Browridge/supraorbital rim implants are inserted through an incision at the forehead wrinkles

or through eyelids.

Upper and total forehead implants are done with an incision at the hair line

All are secured with screws like any other type of implant.

You're similar to my issue in all honesty, and after speaking with surgeons and researching I end up being recommended Genioplasty. I'd say for you get a Rhino + Genio, it's cheap and will ascend you far, also fix your skin and get ripped.

Have you ever looked into Bimax? I'm looking into it, but not sure if we'd need it.
