is this acne or acne scars?

i can’t tell for the life of me if this is acne or acne scars. should i take tret from indiamart if it’s acne, or should i dermastamp +
topical ghk-cu if it’s acne scars?

Def start trent. If you can use isotret. They look like scars but if you press on them and you feel shit underneath the skin then they are acne. if scars yes derma stamp and topical ghk
