What gives him such a compact eye area? Position of the cheek bones or size? Or is it primarily shape of the orbitals if so, what surgeries allow you to make it more compact? and do fat pads under eye matter?

Yeah bacially I’m getting Canthoplasty and infraorbital implants to fix the shape of the eye and the push the lower eyelids up with the implant
