most otc diuretic pills that are COMBINed with other herbs usually have 200-300mg of it and regular dandelion pills have 520mg

Ye.
Also look into other natural diuretics.

Personally after experimenting you should be aiming for 5-6g of potassium or atleast 2.25x as much potassium compared to how much salt you consume, aim for 3 times tho.

peanut butter (actual 100% stuff), bananas etc are high in potassium. been eating them for 2-3 days and didnt get bloat from it

the studies used 2-3 grams I think, use whatever dosage they use and make sure it's high quality

man i got some potassium tablets but they are only 100mg because apparently u can get poisoned if u take too much at once

i’ll go get some peanut butter

Idk the studies behind that.
I usually get 2-3gram from supplements alone in 1 go and the rest from food.

dark chocolate is good aswell, not the tasty sweet kind. The bitter 95% kind

Also diet wise with carbs etc it varies from person to person and depends on gut flora.

i drink kefir (a probiotic, it tastes a bit like karnemelk) that shits good for gut flora and from what i've read that could be behind bloating.

where you get carbs from matters aswell.

There is a big difference between getting carbs from white bread, donuts, noodles and getting them from fruit, whole wheat bread, nuts etcf

Cream of Tartar mogs imo, contains way more potassium. U can eat like a couple tablespoons of it and the amount of potassium will be higher than NaCl u take in so u wont get water retntion later that day or the following day

It has loads of potassium, which means if u have enough of it, the potassium to sodium ratio will high enough where u dont get water retention due to sodium

would it than still be possible to be bloated due to carbohydrate intake?
