I cant imagine how fat grafts and orbital implants save this when base eye setness isnt good enough. It could look uncanny if i got projected orbitals but with flat maxilla and protruding eyes. Do i need lefort 2 then first?

U need therapist orbital decompression is for bug eyes

Like you said infra implants and fat grafting would be good because orbital decompression has too high of botch rate and ur eye Setness isnt that terrible

Those are not protruding at all

Lefort 1 and 2 advances the maxilla so advances the midface so i would assume that it would

Lefort II might affect undereyes but you probably jsut get infra and Supra implants I think
