2)brush teeth and tongue
3)shadow boxing & cold shower (3 round, third should be 30sec)
4)sunlight for 15 minutes
5)snake juice (small salt and lemon)
6)water to workspace/motivation/prepare stuff
7)caffeine
noon:
1)game development (1.5h deep work/mark/nap) - 3 times
2)boxing & going out
afternoon:
1)take a shower
2)wash clothes
3)face exercises, skin-care and deep voice
evening:
1)carnivore/keto diet
2)tate boxing trick for eyes & chess
3)red light therapy while wathcing boxing/gaming/gore/IntelecctualThreads content

1)tape your mouth
