Get sliding genioplasty not an implant. Trust me it’s a much better route.

Sliding genioplasty has the added benefit of moving your own bone, therefore also pulling on the soft tissue and muscles that sit above it, something that an implant over the chin bone can’t do. This allows for a better stretching effect of your lower jaw and under neck region. Sliding genioplasty also looks much more natural in my opinion as it basically extends your own chin bone/mandible. You also can’t get much vertical movement with an implant
