Yeah, Asia's big into ice. They don't do hot rails, but anywhere else where smoking is concerned they're more pro than anywhere else.

One time a tuk tuk driver in Phnom Penh taught me how to modify a cheap lighter so that the flame is extremely tiny and floats above the hole it comes out of. This way you don't burn up all your gear too fast. You also don't have to use more than one lighter rotating them because of the heat. It's pretty ingenious.
