The US Democratic party, and their allies in the news media, are promoting a narrative that women are oppressed. The discussions on Incel sites are counter to that narrative, so the news media marginalize Incel sites by smearing them as extremists/ racists/ homophobes / violent actors.

A user named "seija" on incels.is was contacted by Canadian authorities and interrogated at a police station for some posts he made on there. To my knowledge he never even posted anything bad or illegal. After the Alex Mennassian attack Canada is in a full on witch hunt against incels. I honestly can't imagine it's much better in the US.

He did discuss this with me in greater detail, but I won't say much more to respect his privacy. The Canadian Feds were watching him since the first day he made his account on there.
