Incel meaning involuntarily celibate. Would you be considered incel if you are celibate with the possibility of having a partner, but the refusal to do so whilst simultaneously still wanting to have a partner yet not being able to find one who meets your standards?

In theory, if a sub 5 whore were to try to be your partner, but you refuse, whilst still wanting to be in a relationship, would you be considered an incel, assuming you want to be in a relationship but lack the ability to be, outside of this sub5 whore.

The argument could be made that you have the volition to be in a relationship however, you are still celibate, whilst not wanting to be celibate.
