Clinic in florida is claiming this is the result of a COSMETIC lefort 2 + genioplasty.

I’m calling cap.
To me it looks like lft 1, infra implants, and maybe a genio, but it could be a chin implant too.

Either way results are shit.
It literally gave him nasolabial folds when he didn’t have them before.
Whatever they did gave him projection though
