phew!cowlick
lmao , i was expecting this oneIsn't cowlick a fun Hindu activity?
my hair is greasy cant do much about hair lengthyou cant tell by this because long hair and fake vulume from shampoo, take one when your hair is greasy in normal lighting so its unfrauded
what you should do is go to a hair specialist, they can look for minitrusiation under microscope and see early,bc if it gets any bigger you will be noticble balding and ruin your whole look tbh, also if you have baby hairs or small hairs around hairline thats an easy way to know you are toomy hair is greasy cant do much about hair length
i do have baby hair around my hairline im nw 1 rnwhat you should do is go to a hair specialist, they can look for minitrusiation under microscope and see early,bc if it gets any bigger you will be noticble balding and ruin your whole look tbh, also if you have baby hairs or small hairs around hairline thats an easy way to know you are too
ok so your obviously balding but i guess you should wait until norwood 3 right to do anything?i do have baby hair around my hairline im nw 1 rn
yes definitely a hormonal problem i used to have a lot of hair fall now its pretty much none idk it got stable on its own in my case try no shampoo for a while igA lot of my hair's been thinning and falling out.
No MPB and I'm still Norwood 0/1, with a straight hairline.
Why am I thinning? I've also devloped some gyno I believe, and my skin laxity has dramatically dropped causing my face to look melted.
Do you think this is a hormonal problem, and how will I get it fixed?
Thank you for the response broyes definitely a hormonal problem i used to have a lot of hair fall now its pretty much none idk it got stable on its own in my case
whats your case have u devloped some patches ? if no then yeah no problem idk much about it cuz my got fixed on its own when i did no shampoo for a year tbh , it could also be mineral intake problems , keep your vitamin E intake upThank you for the response bro
How exactly should I fix this? Which type of doctor should I talk with? And will the lost hair be permanently gone, or will it come back?
For me pretty much in every sector of life my development has been shit. I've rotted inside all childhood playing games, learnt to stop mouthbreathing at age 18, got 4 premolar extractions before puberty and 7 yrs braces, ate junkfood and was obese from 6-20, spent all nighters for maybe 3yrs of my life (2 yrs back was spending 1/2 - 1/3 nights staying up).whats your case have u devloped some patches ? if no then yeah no problem idk much about it cuz my got fixed on its own when i did no shampoo for a year tbh
rotting does not do anything inherently bad , but like 4 premolar extractions before puberty is brutal , i think your problem is definitely related to nutrition fix your diet , sleep and eat ample amounts of fatty meats thats all i can say tbhFor me pretty much in every sector of life my development has been shit. So I really have no clue what it could be from. It could be from any of these tbh, especially the recession, cause I saw an article that recession leads to lack of blood flow to the scalp causing hair loss.
Then again, it could be due to something affecting my skin too, because at the exact same time for the first time in my life, my skin laxity turned to shit. I look droopy kinda, when before my skin was taut and good fat pads. The fat pads have suddnely sunken in the space of a few months
And recently I saw I developed gyno
As for my hair, I used to have extremely thick hair before. Then it became kinda thick, now its thinner than average.. when I run my hand through my hair it feels empty, then hair strands, then empty, then hair strands.. etc. Not really patches but random places on my head where there is no hair
My mums side has no history of hair loss, grandpa had hair into 70s and uncle still has his 50+. My dad started balding at around 25, but his wasnt thinning, it was common MPB
Also I noticed my hair texture has changed. Earlier it used to be very straight hair, like Dellisolla (thickness too), now it's terribly dry and kinda wavy
I'm going to hop on Fin, but also I want my old hair to come back cause that was the only reason I was somewhat acceptable looking in society. Without it, I'm finished
Aight I appreciate the advice bro, the diet part is really true.rotting does not do anything inherently bad , but like 4 premolar extractions before puberty is brutal , i think your problem is definitely related to nutrition fix your diet , sleep and eat ample amounts of fatty meats thats all i can say tbh
idk much about cooking lol , fatty meats because they have highest concentration of bioavailable nutrients which will help you hair thickness problems [ obv if you arent balding very hard]Aight I appreciate the advice bro, the diet part is really true.
Rn I just order food from UberEats lol, but I wanna start learning how to cook
Can you give me some good foods I should eat? And why fatty meats particularly?
