Is this doable with jaw implants

I morphed this change and I was wondering if this kind of a gonial width change is doable with jaw implants. I ask cause I see a lot of results from jaw implants look like total shit while some do look good. What factors determine whether the implant is gonna have a good result? Also on a side note would getting leaner get rid of that roundness of the gonion?

It will be hard to get such a predictable change with jaw implants. Thats more to define the muscle which is a huge muscle and putting a implant under will make it hard to predict

You can push bone but that involves spreading and manipulating of sutures which the mandible does not have so the only way it works is if you apply enough force to remodel the bone which you could apply more force simply by chewing
