Is this Fat Dissolver (deoxycholic acid) legit?

I found this 10ml of deoxycholic acid from "Derma 2.0" for 14 Euro, the price is very good do yall think it's legit and i should buy? It doenst really say how much of the acid is in there so i have no idea how much to inject.

Alright im planning to buy it, but i decided on the permanent version, but when i ordered they said i need to send them my doctor license which i dont have so ill need to find a doctor
