Is this fixable with low bodyfat %?

Picture on the left is what I look like without good tongue posture (ie when speaking) while the right is what I look like with correct tongue posture (ie not talking). Does low body fat % help with the picture on the left or am I just FUCKED without surgery.

Been doing those. Lowkey think they're a scam though even though theres published research behind them cus no way doing soyjack faces in the mirror 100 times a day leads to improved lower chin structure.

Its the hyoidal bone. The musles there get tighter, bringing the hyoid upwards, thus outlining the lower part of the jaw making it look far more defined and reducing the appearance of a double chin.
