probably 90%. I can lifteavy stuff with decent amount of reps. but im high bodyfat. Like I can do 20kg of Isolation bicep curl with 10 for 3 time.

As a natural lifter get as strong as u can while being lean, that's the only advice I can give you.

Of course fat will hide u definion but fat does not make it that big. If u see twink guy with lowbodyfat u guys think he is sheredded.

I was talking about my fucking arm not as my whole body. Most of my fat stores in belly. Even if I lose fat. The size of my bicep does not go anywhere. Its just get more defined. As u can see in the fucking video I posted.

Im not obese u nigga. i WEIGHT 77KG. I gained 14kg of weight. 8kg of that is muscle. rest is fat and water weight. . I dont train legs. So my upper body gets all the size.

Also lean bulk grows u muscle in slower pace than actual traditional bulk.

I have almost finished month 5. So its at least at 5.5-6kg.
