Not an htn thats for sure, start doing skincare try to train the hyoid and for nose a rhinoplasty would be needed then u can be considered htn but for now a lmtn would be a realistic rating

Sideprifile is great, but you realy need to clear up the skin. Retinol, Tretinoin and Isotretinoin are good options but you should also consider GHK-Cu in the future for Collagen

How can someone train hyoid after 18? Like I'm trying mewing but it's useless i think. Are there other methods?

Yeah mewing wont fix it, it just brings it up slightly more but since its correct tongue posture still do it, the best way to raise it as much as possible is through neck exercises that strengthen deep neck muscles like chin tucks also proper neck and head posture help to keep it up too so train ur neck and if the posture is bad fix it both of these are possible through consistent exercises even at your age (i did it at 19) although how much of an effect it will have depends on genetics so it might not be able to fully fix it
