I think im suffering from dupa or diffuse thinning, but it doesnt seem very aggressive yet and im planning on stack FIN + RU + ESTROGEN + MINOX +DERMAROLLING. If that doesnt save me its joever

Low dose Topical estro doesnt go systemic. I will also be taking AI @ the same time anyways

Yea it looks normal so far.

But more than 1/10 hairs i pull out of my head are shorter than 3cm, meaning my hairs are miniaturized

could be baby strands of hair but as the guy above said scandinavians tend to have a not so dense hair
what about your hairline do u happen to spot baby hair growing

I have babyhairs at my hairline. But its stayed the same for 1.5 years, so im not particularly worried about that

did u notice more strands of hair on ur pillow(only if u kept ur hair at the same length ) if no then u should use some non harsh biotin spray along with argan oil

I don't get the impression that this is hairloss, if anything your hair got way better/silkier than before.
