So here we have a guy who has some recession and downward growth.

His forehead is sloped back, which allows us to add an implant on it and make the head appear more downward-tilted than it truly is.

See how the forehead implant morph makes it look like his head is angled downwards slightly.

Then he can simply tilt his head up to compensate and form the illusion of his entire face being more upwardly and forwardly grown.

The general idea is:

Rather than actually rotating the facial bones, we perform surgery aimed at making the head appear downward-tilted, so that the patient can then tilt their head upwards and look like their head is level and facing straight ahead, but with more forward growth than before.

Procedures that can make a face appear more downward-angled:
  • Downturning the nose tip
  • Upturning the corners of the mouth
  • Adding an implant to the forehead
  • Ear rotation (I don’t think there’s a surgery that does this now, but maybe in the future)

@Lookologist003

Do you think this method would work?

The downside (because there isn’t a surgery that rotates ears, as far as I know) is the appearance of posteriorly angled ears on some people who already have posterior ear slant to start with:

The ears and hair give the illusion away.

I think you under estimate how well we can gage where people are looking. If his head is tilted upward and he is looking downwards to compensate, not only will people he talk to think he's being some weird autist and see all his upper eyelid, but he also narrows his vertical field of vision.

Humans are so attuned to reading faces and features of them that we tell the exact direction where others are looking by the reflections given off by their eyes that are inexact spheres. This aptitude is probably why fraud of one's looks is flimsy and detectable, and we can tell when someone looks bogged.

I don't know if you remember, but one of your old threads on Looksmax coined the "recessed forehead" as a recessed crown. I thought thay was genius and you should use recessed crown to describe the failo this man has.

That old thread was titled something like Skull Deformities Teir List or something.
