Is this how I look irl?

I always struggled with "how I look irl"
This could be the "breakthrough": I look worse in pics taken with back cam than in the mirror, i started flipping backcam pics with the mirrorapp, and they look far better to me. Friends say they see 0 difference, whioch means i only look worse in the pics, because my brain is accustomed to the way i look in the mirror.

This is the same pic, just inverted. To me it's a huge diference (maybe 1tier), do you see any difference in attractiveness?
If not: Am I right with the asumption, that everyone looks better, than they see themselves on backcam pics?
