Is this Morph Achievable Through Lip-Lift + Vertical Genio + Jaw angle Fillers?

I just morphed the upper lip, gave some vertical height to my chin, and added some slight width and angle to my gonions. Do you think this is a realistic morph or am I gonna get botched going for this shit?

I think you could benefit from increasing lower third height more, these angles should be close and ideally the same, your jaw angle is quite flat compared to the upper angle. The difficulty is that your midface is quite compact compared to your face width so it may be hard to balance out harmony. If your lips were ideal your FWHR would be about 2.07 which is on the high end indicating a compact midface.

It would sacrifice facial third ratios somewhat but it may still improve looks more than it detracts. An example:

That's a very conservative approach. Lower expectations + lesser alterations would theoretically reduce the risk of getting botched and disappointed.
I mean, your lips basically remain unchanged in the morph. So I get why you would be advised to add more height & volume to them.

I think you could benefit from fuller lips. Vermilion lip lift, fillers, whatever works for you. The point not being to decrease your philtrum height, but rather to increase vermilion exposure.

I have also decreased the shadow that conceals the bottom part of your chin, thus giving us a better sense of your proportions (post genio). @monecel 's suggestion was relevant, but a simple lighting correction seems to yield the same type of outcome (chin projected further downward). As a result, your ipsilateral angle would be pretty good as such :

By the way, have you considered an otoplasty ? Your ears seem to flare a bit too much. From the front, it expands your face laterally, which is not desirable in your particular case. Potential high ROI procedure, with nearly zero risk of getting botched.

Yeah, the otoplasty would definitely make a nice difference.

Damn bro you didn’t have to do all this but I appreciate it a lot. It’s crazy because this ain’t even a massive amount of surgery or anything.

Otoplasty in particular seems to have the biggest ROI and it’s something I hadn’t even thought of doing. I just hope that the genioplasty can replicate what appears in your morph of it an implant would be better overrall
