Who says you need to. People always forget you can transplant hair, reshape them, do a brow lift, a reverse lift to lowe, etc

the crazy eyebrow drop is not possible with surgery but if u do eyelid pulling everyday pulling the entire eyebrow down and hard with your fingers you can loosen up the musculature and skin around and force it to drop (just like it does to old ppl).
the jaw and nose changes are very possible tho. the jaw u could get done tomorrow for cheap with fillers just like i did. just dont procrstinate

also eyebrow botox in a specific muscle can make it drop even more, research it
