I have a narrower palate and my ortho said my palate was normal and I didnt need an expander

ur ortho MIGHT have been a bit tipsy or drunk

by the time ur 18 ur midpalatal suture is fused, so you'd need some sort of SARPE which is much more complicated to get and I have no experince in applying for, or getting sarpes
