As said above, you would definitely benefit from a genioplasty.
Based on this front profile picture, your current chin to philtrum ratio is approximately 1.6, outside the ideal range (2.0-2.5). Your chin lacks a significant amount of height.
The weak chin also throws off your vertical thirds ratios ; it makes your midface dominant, when, as a man, you would want a dominant lower third instead (dimorphism +). The dominant midface explains why you naturally focus on your nose.
