brutal, apart from being fat your biggest flaw might be your maxilla, no under eye support and your entire midface looks, especially from the side sunken in, high facial assymetry which points to very bad habits, it will be very hard to fix, you should hard mew 24/7 and eat tough to chew food like steak or hard gum as often as possible, but it might lowk over if you have a narrow palate and dont get something like marpe

Your Maxilla appears to be over developed on one side - this tends to come from having a dominant side you chew on. Try to focus chewing on the opposite side, this can be trained regularly using gum etc.
