Is this peptide stack and dosage good?

i wanted to start this peptide stack but first im doing my research and might aswell ask the internet what they think

igf1 lr3 + ipamorelin + cjc 1295 is slighly excessive as one is increasing gh exogenously/synthetically and the other is increasing gh endogenously, both combined may increase desensitisation or risk of downregulation

what would you suggest then? i need height and bonemass
