My father picked me up today after a long day at uni and took a picture, ive been noticing my candid photos slowly looking better and better as I continue working out.

Iam actively choosing to be at a higher body fat while recombining, because when I was at a lower one it wasn't sustainable and I looked weird af, my arms get skinny while my torso stays bulky.
