I would guess, shortening ur actual bone would only be possible with Lefort I which is a horrible roi

Widening ur lips, only possible with Commissuroplasty, also very very very horrible roi

(Talking purely abt surgeries that is)

for the upper lip and overall upper third i was thinking a marpe and it will improve breathing

only problem with that is my jaw is not ideal in terms of width quite narrow so if i were to get marpe it would accentuate my narrow lower third and i would have to treat that with filler until i could afford some sort of angle implants or if i do get the lefort 1 bsso would fix that but i would still get filler from then till lefort

Marpe works too, although it would probably not give you the aesthetic results you seek, bad roi, and ofc there's the problem of getting it in the first place, shortening the midface by moving actual bone would (probably) be only possible with lefort 1

they can also widen the upper palate during lefort and marpe can lead to asyms

but i feel marpe and jaw filler is a cost affective way to ascend and widen entire skull
