I’ve seen dr sailer post transformations somewhat like this

To destructure the nose and go from the slight bump would require a surgery i assume, to do everything else would definetly need some form, maybe orthodonic procedures & such if you already have bad teeth could bring your lower face outwards with more projection. Forehead projectiong is really good although.
