6ft1, so yeah I was fat and still am aiming for 175 which is like 14% bf

I pulled my skin back tho and I have like no ramus so I am pretty aware I need to surgically do smtn

yeah it is im currently only a chad im mumbai sadly trust me I checked my ramus is one inch

Im losing 10lbs a month but consulting takes time to set up do you know if a surgery can fix this besides implants? like ccw rotation or bimax? sorry im a greycel
