Not all ive seen prettyboys age good. But if you get fat you get a bloated face (unless good distribution of fat genetics), so bloat and hair loss which happens a lot degrade them. Yeah collagen decreases, but not really undermining the looks as much as balding tbh.

Cavill was always maesthetic. He has a big jaw in his early 20s as well. Only thing he changed was hair and his collagen decrease.
