is this saline solution safe to dilute something and inject

never knew sterile saline solution is a pain in the ass to fine, but found this on amazon, is it safe to inject? i know it literally says not for injection on it but the only ingredient is sodium chloride 0.9% (saline) so i dont see why not

yh ofc I mean do as you wish. I really don't know if its safe to dilute. probably written somewhere on the website
tho if I had to advice you it would be better to buy it again. not worth the time and efforts imo
