Is this split optimal?

Wednesday: Chest,Back,Shoulder

Thursday: rest

Friday:Legs

Saturday:Back and triceps

Sunday:Chest shoulder and biceps

I'm trying to hit everything twice per week (except legs) but I feel like doing arms on Wednesday is too much volume.

Hell no. Hit upper/lower splits doing 4-8 sets per muscle group per week at an heavy to moderate rep range of 4-10 and I promise you’ll see so much better growth.
