is it possible to do surgery where your nose gets small and small nostrills but while reducing midface size with it? but i dont want it to look weird, for example to not have nostrills upturned after surgery.. but also i need tips for chin.. i wanna do chin surgerys but it will make me weird cuz if it gets long i will look very ugly and weird ahh, and after this nose surgery is it possible to reduce philtrum and how? thanks.
