depends, i have very fine hair with high porosity so i'm applying it only before showers but there is nothing wrong with using it more often

Why Not use Minoxidil its way cheaper and more effective also Its easier to apply the foam is good

i never used minoxidil because i have already bushy brows and don't want to have more facial hair so i shouldn't tell you use it or not, i'm just telling you what i do and what works for me, you can consider take minoxidil if you want to but it's better always try natural products first
