So it’s winter where I live so I thought it’s time to bulk up barely a few kg’s on and my delts have already started to melt into my arms making it look like a fucking corn dog and my vascularity is almost completely gone ffs.

Do I continue upping my calories and just do more cardio with it to hopefully improve blood flow or am I coping?

Don’t really count calories I reckon 250 should be my goal tbh.

I had some pretty Robles’s a tartan I did so it was mostly rehab at first

You need height bro at this point. For every inch, you add approximately 7lbs to the same-proportioned frame.

At least try SARMS. Natty bodybuilding is a scam. Alot of the weight you gain is water weight and fat.

Then you already have enough muscle probably. Gymcelling more wont increase ypu SMV considerably, so there is no point of roiding, just stay lowbf enough to your abs showing

You won’t gain much do to its low potency but it’ll be more than you out on naturally

what did you expect to happen? increasing calories beyond your caloric maintenance is a necessary evil, just look like shit for like 5 months and build muscle then cut lol unless you want to be a dyel.

vascularity is also a meme unless you want to look like shriveled ball sack, all that matters is face fat tbh

Slow bulking will reduce fat gain. Also only bulking for 8-12 weeks maximum and then a mini cut. Sorry to hear about your health problems. Natty lifting gets less rewarding the older you get which is why PED’s are necessary

Sorry Bhai, no gains without anabolics after age of 25 without 1 in 100,000 genetics, or for curries 1 in 1,000,000 genetics.

What kind of curry are you btw? My kind (Farsi/ hindko) can make gains and have decent insertion, but I'm it sure it's genetic, or just the fact the diet is super high in red meat (goat) and fat, and rice is only a delicacy.

There was another thread where a high IQ curry was explaining there is a kind of curry from South India that didn't get fucked over from agricultural diet (ie. High calorie grains) who keep good insertions, as the diet was beef, fish, seafood, but either way they not had 2000 years of agriculture to fuck with how the genes evolve.

Your frame appears too small for that and your insertions I can see in chest are terrible, so just run muscular yet lean game, and if you do that you're already pretty much top 10% of curries, and use that to slay
 
Just keep lean bulking until your face starts to lose definition, then cut.
