I mean bideltoid tbh i get 17.75 inches using this i am pretty skinny rn 142lbs can i get to 19 inches with gymcelling natty or nah or is it over?

Lifefuel tbh is 19 inches that bad or ok
It's above average SLIGHTLY. Frame matters but IMHO it's fine when you're average.
Only becomes a problem when your frame is tiny. (sub 16 inches)

unless you're 5'5"
Yeah brah i need to gain like 30 lbs or so natty it will take me two years and i am hoping after that gain i will go up a shirt size and my shoulders will go to 19 inches atleast

in this study 50th percentile for males which is average is around 20.4 inches
what was the age of the people in the study? your body cotninues to grow till 25

us army study 2012 all were grown males tbh i found this on lookism
mind you in the army those niggas are working out doing wide diamond pushups and shit like that, all exercises which increase bideltoid by 1in if done overtime (which is about the natty limit) so it makes sense that it'd be 20inches

yeah i guess so also is this the correct way to measure tbh like marking widest points on the delts horizontally

I don't really think you can measure it on your own.
You are wasting every single day of your life that you are not training in the gym. I train lat raises to exaustion with cable machine and then heavy weights and then "surf the rack" until i end at 2lbs and can't raise my arms. Twice a week 3,5 days apart, lookxmaxer routine for wider frame in the least amount of time possible.
