She's just malnourished, anyone can get a gap like this. Im talking healthy weight women with a gap. Only possible with wide hips. Also her knock knees are masculine and reduce the thigh gap.

What do you even mean by knock knees she's caving her knees in because it's a catwalk. What creates a thigh gap is a low quadriceps angle. Caved in patellas are feminine and also send examples

I think I get what you mean but that's not even a good example. It just looks like a man's pelvis but just really wide and it's also apparent that she is taking a broad stance in that shot. Thigh gaps are mostly independent of hip width and what really goes to create them is dependent on knees. I said that it's the quadriceps angle but that's not truly the case as you can add width in the trochanter region without altering knees at all.

Not sure how exactly it'd devise a measurement but determining thigh gaps would have to take into account mostly width of the pubis itself, ignoring the trochanter and femoral regions and measuring that relative to knee angle
